Trust Centre Overview

Epitome builds workforce optimisation software for organisations that need clearer visibility into skills, capability, role fit, development priorities, and workforce planning. Our trust approach is based on a simple principle: if our platform is used in decisions that affect people's work, growth, and opportunity, it must be secure, explainable, and accountable.

We organise our trust posture around four pillars.

Security

We are building Epitome as an enterprise platform with layered security controls across infrastructure, access, application design, and operations. This includes encrypted data handling, least-privilege access, administrative logging, secure development practices, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning. Supporting materials such as security summaries and architecture documents are Available on request.

Privacy

Epitome is designed to support privacy-by-default handling of workforce and candidate data. We aim to minimise the data we collect, process data under documented client instructions where Epitome acts as a processor, and support retention, deletion, and data-subject-rights workflows. Deployment-region choices and transfer mechanisms depend on the client's legal and operational requirements. Supported with configuration

Responsible AI

Epitome's AI is intended to support human judgement, not replace it. We focus on explainable outputs, documented data boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and fairness monitoring where the relevant data is available. We do not position opaque AI scoring as a substitute for accountable employment decision-making. Additional governance and model documentation is Available on request.

Compliance

We understand that enterprise buyers need more than general assurances. They need clarity on what is in place today, what is available for review, and what is still maturing. Epitome therefore distinguishes between current controls, configurable support features, documents available during diligence, and roadmap items that remain In progress.

This trust centre is intended to help buyers answer the first set of diligence questions quickly. For a deeper review, Epitome can provide a security overview pack, responsible AI material, architecture notes, incident-response summaries, and privacy documentation Available on request.
